ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives from concept through production implementation.\nRESULT AREAS / MAIN ACTIVITIES:\nOptimizes working cycle\nDesigns process documentation and keep it updated making it available for production.\nPrepares production routines\nDefines and optimizes manual operation/nonstandard operation\nEvaluates Ergonomic (OCRA/NIOSH etc.)\nTECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS\nCNC Machining & Manufacturing\nStrong understanding of CNC machining processes, including milling, turning, drilling, tapping, and fixture applications.\n\nAbility to read, write, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC programs.\n\nStrong knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, tool life management, and cycle time optimization.\n\nKnowledge of work coordinate systems, tool offset management, and machine setup verification.\n\nProcess Engineering & Industrialization\nDevelop and optimize manufacturing processes to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.\n\nConduct process capacity studies, bottleneck analysis, and productivity improvement projects.\n\nLead industrialization activities including equipment commissioning, process validation, Run@Rate, and production handover.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction, cost reduction, and process stability.\n\nQuality & Process Validation\nProficient in engineering drawing interpretation and GD&T requirements.\n\nAbility to analyze CMM reports, measurement data, and process capability studies.\n\nStrong understanding of statistical methods, including Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk, and SPC.\n\nFamiliar with MSA, gauge validation, and measurement system evaluation.\n\nAutomotive Core Tools\nPractical experience with:\n\nAPQP\n\nPPAP\n\nPFMEA\n\nControl Plan\n\nProcess Flow\n\nSPC\n\nMSA\n\nAbility to support customer, internal, and certification audits.\n\nSoftware Skills: SolidWorks / AutoCAD / CAM software / Microsoft Office\n\nProblem Solving: 5 Why Analysis / Fishbone Diagram / 8D Methodology / Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, Electrical or related fields\n\nMinimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining/process engineering within a manufacturing environment.\n\nPractical experience with CNC Milling (VMC), CNC Turning, and Machining Centers, preferably using Fanuc, Brother, or equivalent controls.\n\nExperience in brake disc, caliper, or other precision-machined components.\n\nExperience in new equipment installation, process industrialization and production ramp-up.\n\nInvolvement in APQP, PPAP, and new product introduction (NPI) activities.\n\nExperience in the automotive industry or other high-volume manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.\n\nKnowledge of machining process control, problem-solving, and continuous improvement is an advantage.\n\nLocation : Eastern Seaboard Industrial
