按照ASPICE、车规开发流程输出系统设计文档、接口文档、测试规范、风险分析报告。\n4. 系统测试与问题闭环：制定系统测试策略、台架测试、实车测试方案，跟进HIL测试、整车标定、路试问题，定位系统级BUG、功能异常、逻辑失效、交互异常问题，推动软硬件整改、验证闭环。\n5. 功能安全与风险管控：参与ISO26262功能安全开发，完成系统级FTA、FMEA分析，识别系统风险点，制定安全机制、防护策略，满足整车功能安全等级要求。\n6. 项目推进与客户技术对接：作为系统端技术负责人，对接客户评审、答疑、技术汇报，跟进项目节点，协调软硬件、测试、量产团队解决开发、试产、量产阶段系统问题，保障项目顺利交付。\n7. 技术沉淀与版本管理：负责系统基线管理、版本迭代、需求变更管控，沉淀标准化方案、案例库、技术规范，提升平台化复用能力。\n任职要求\n1. 学历专业：本科及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、电子信息、电气工程、汽车电子等相关专业。\n2. 工作经验：10年以上汽车行业系统开发经验，熟悉智能座舱、车身、底盘、三电、ADAS任一域系统开发流程，有主机厂/Tier1经验优先。\n3. 核心能力：熟练掌握汽车系统开发思路，能够独立完成需求拆解、系统方案设计、接口定义、问题分析闭环;
