We offer a competitive shift differential for applicable schedules, along with overtime opportunities based on business needs.\nJob Duties:\nSet up CNC machines, including installing tooling, fixtures, and materials for production.\nOperate CNC production equipment to meet customer orders and production goals.\nPlan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, material specifications, drawings, surface locations, and machining parameters; interpreting dimensions and tolerances.\nAdjust machine offsets, speeds, and feeds to ensure parts meet quality standards.\nPerform basic troubleshooting and make minor adjustments to maintain production flow.\nMaintain production equipment to meet customer requirements.\nMaintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.\nMaintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements;
