The position is based in Beer Yakov, Tel Aviv.\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate transaction processing, timely payments, account reconciliations and compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nRecord, review, and process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.\nProcess domestic and international supplier payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and payment deadlines.\nManage payments to overseas suppliers and coordinate related documentation as required.\nPrepare and complete reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and supported by appropriate documentation.\nPerform bank reconciliations and investigate any variances or outstanding transactions.\nConduct monthly analysis of income and expenses by business area, providing accurate financial insights to support management reporting.\nPrepare and submit monthly financial reports and required documentation to relevant government authorities.\nProcess payments to government and regulatory authorities and assist with the preparation and submission of annual statutory reports.\nManage and record bank deposits, ensuring transactions are accurately reflected in the accounting records.\nProcess and maintain accurate records of import-related files, invoices, and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.\nMaintain organized and accurate financial records and supporting documentation.\nSupport month-end and year-end accounting activities as required.\nKey Skills & Competencies\nStrong understanding of accounting and finance processes.\nFluency in English is needed.\nExperience with Accounts Payable, reconciliations, payment processing, and General Ledger activities.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nGood organizational and documentation skills.\nStrong communication and coordination skills.\nProficiency in accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.\nUnderstanding of statutory and regulatory reporting requirements is an advantage.\nBrenntag provides equal employment opportunities to qualified applicants and employees of all backgrounds and identities to create a workplace where difference is valued because it forms a resilient and more innovative organization.
