Administrative Supervisor

Job Requirement Summary:

Perform general as well as function-specific administration tasks and/or support, with respect to and within the organization of a function or business assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform all day-to-day administratively to site operations.
• Perform tasks such as security guarding at warehouse and ensure all site access will be properly logged and monitored and controlled.
• Collect, select, classify, and check information for completeness and given criteria.
• Prepare function-related statistics, diagrams, slides, etc. to support dedicated manager. Organize necessary meetings regarding visitor control and relevant activities at Warehouse, and take respective minutes. Support audits with administrative services.
• Monitor schedules/diaries and maintains checklists.
• Conduct drug and alcohol test for staff and contractors when needed and liaise with local authority in case of emergency.
• Support on installing CCTV and its monitoring, pest control, security access of all visitors at the guardhouse during the day and night time to ensure safe and smooth site operations.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in administrative site operation management
• Bachelor's degree in general management, logistics management
• Able to communicate in English is a plus
