Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment Compliance\nResponsible for Occupational Health, Safety and Environment in accordance with the local regulatory requirement, Integrated Management System, and relevant international standards.\nBe Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) in workplace.\nEvaluate and coordinate with responsible functions comply with the related law on Occupational Health, Safety and Environment.\nGive advice to employees and responsible functions to follow the regulatory requirement and guidance.\nConduct the hazard identification and risk assessment to minimize the risk as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP) in workplace.\nAnalyze and indicate potential hazard and high risk to provide the corrective and preventive action based on Hierarchy of control (HOC) properly.\nInitiate EHS plans and projects as well as recommendations and advise the control measures.\nInspect and assess the operations to comply with the EHS plans and projects.\nConduct and monitor the working environment and submit the related evidence to the Government agency.\nInvestigate and analyze the root cause of incidents and illness in order to action taken.\nPromote the EHS activities in company under Occupational Health, Safety and Environment law and regulations.\nInitiate and coordinate the Emergency Response Plan and conduct the drill in accordance with the local regulatory requirement and other relevant standards.\nKeep track of relevant safety regulation updates, and report to EHS management appropriately;\n2. Training and Knowledge Management\nArrange the EHS knowledge for responsible functions.\nBe the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to teach and train the specific courses comply with EHS requirements.\nOrganize the orientation and mandatory courses to newcomers and contractors. Organize the chemical safety handling to customers, if required.\n3. Management Support & Operations\nAssist QSHE Manager and functional team.\nSupport, coordinate and implement EHS policies, guidelines and procedures to meet the objective and target effectively.\nPromote, support and follow up EHS activities and recognition program e.g., Near miss, PSAP, Safety Talk, BBS, etc.\nTrack and provide EHS statistics report and performance to Government agency and functional team.\nReview and provide the important information in case of new project launch for operational site, contractors and customers.\nOther duties as assigned by supervisor.\nQualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor or master's degree in Occupation Health, Safety, Environment or related field.\nExperience: 1--3 Years' experience in related field.\nGood command of written and spoken English. \nComputer literate\nOccupation Health, Safety, Environment acknowledgement \nPrior experience in OH&S Management System & Environmental Management System.\nBrenntag provides equal employment opportunities to qualified applicants and employees of all backgrounds and identities to create a workplace where difference is valued because it forms a resilient and more innovative organization.
