Reporting to the ANZ HR Manager, you will support the delivery of payroll, HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and Workday administration across Australia and New Zealand.\nWorking closely with our outsourced payroll provider (BIPO), you will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing while maintaining employee data integrity and delivering a seamless employee experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nPayroll\nManage the relationship with BIPO.\nReview payroll inputs, reconciliations, and exception reports.\nEnsure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.\nResolve payroll queries and support audits and compliance activities.\nHR Operations & Employee Lifecycle\nManage onboarding, employment changes, leave administration, and offboarding.\nPrepare employment contracts, variations, and employee communications.\nSupport annual remuneration and bonus review processes.\nAct as a key contact for employee and manager HR/payroll enquiries.\nWorkday & Reporting\nMaintain accurate employee data and HR records in Workday.\nConduct data audits and support system enhancements and testing.\nProduce HR reports and workforce insights.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and automation.\nAbout You\nYou will have:\nExperience in HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Shared Services.\nExperience managing outsourced payroll providers in Australia and/or New Zealand.\nStrong understanding of payroll compliance and HR administration.\nHands-on Workday experience.\nExcellent attention to detail, organisational, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong stakeholder management and customer service capabilities.\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nPreferred\nTertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Commerce, or a related
