Develop Safety, Health and Environment platforms and manage to best practice standards.\nMaintain up to date knowledge of all relevant legal, regulatory and company HSES requirements.\nBe the active driver in providing process improvements which encourage cross functional engagement and drives customer satisfaction and a safety culture.\nLead Risk Assessment, and own HSES roles in all MOC activities.\nYour Profile\nSkills\n>Strong Microsoft Office capability, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis/reporting tools.\n> Demonstrated knowledge of SHE practices including statutory compliance requirements.\n> Working knowledge/experience in chemical manufacturing / distribution / manufacturing industry or similar fields advantageous.\n>Willingness and ability to travel within Australia and New Zealand as required.\nExperience\n>Highly organized with strong planning, prioritization and project management skills.\n>Pragmatic, solutions-focused and able to operate effectively in a changing business environment.\n>Experience developing and maintaining HSES KPIs, dashboards and management reports for senior leadership and regional/global stakeholders.\n>Experience with HSES management systems, incident reporting systems and audit platforms, including data gathering.\n>Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) and chemical process safety principles.
