This role will cover the full spectrum of order-to-cash and will include arranging warehouse exports and direct shipments.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nProvide service and support to internal & external customers via end to end order management, warehouse export management, attending to stock enquiries and shipment scheduling\nLiaise with supplier on the schedule for end to end order\nGatekeeper of pricing elements on agreements in place for end to end order\nPerform export console shipment planning, work with warehouse timely accurate cargo stuffing and vessel booking via 3rd party logistics providers \nUpkeep the responsibility in prepare and provide full set of shipping documents;\nWell versed in L/C documentation, import / export documentation, preparing bank documents for DA & DP terms.\nVerify freight invoices and supplier invoices;\nManage customer complaints on billing/shipment/stock issues;\nTo participate in ad hoc projects and supply chain initiatives where tasked.\nJob Requirements:\nEducation: Degree / Diploma related to Logistics and Supply Chain Management would be an advantage\nExperience: Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Power Point & SAP\nAt least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in an MNC or trading operations;\nSound knowledge of shipping/logistics documentations and international trade terms;\nKnowledge/background in inventory management a plus;\nProficient in MS office, especially Excel;\nKnowledge of SAP R3 will definitely be an advantage;\nFluent in English (oral and written) with the ability to converse in Mandarin would be an advantage in order to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and associates;\nTeam player with good communication and interpersonal skills;\nPossess the CAN-DO attitude is a must;\nKeen interest to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment;\nProven track record of working with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.\nBrenntag provides equal employment opportunities to qualified applicants and employees of all backgrounds and identities to create a workplace where difference is valued because it forms a resilient and more innovative organization.
