Monitor schedules, urgent jobs, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Maintain systems, documentation, and cost verification. Support incident handling, risk identification, team backup, and ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant logistics operations.\nResponsibilities\nPlan and schedule daily 3rd party transport operations (prime movers, isotanks, road tankers, package trucks) including terminal booking time slot if needed.\n\nOptimize dedicated truck utilization to improve efficiency.\n\nCoordinate with operation, procurement and customer service teams on delivery and collection schedules.\n\nMonitor urgent/last-minute activations and highlight deviations from standard lead time.\n\nMonitor 3rd party & dedicated truck driver compliance (e.g. HazMat requirements).\n\nMonitor urgent/last-minute activations and highlight deviations from standard lead time.\n\nLiaise with approved transporters, 3PL yards and service providers (e.g. tank cleaning, storage, lifting).\n\nTrack and verify 3PL job execution, charges and service performance.\n\nUpdate systems (e.g. SAP, TMS, Excel trackers) for job records, movements and reporting.\n\nMaintain proper filing of SOPs, work instructions, and operational records\n\nEnsure all transport activities comply with regulatory requirements (Ministry of Transport, Fire and Rescue Department, Department of Environment, Port Requirements)\n\nYour Profile\nRequirements\nDiploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field\n\n2-5 years of experience in logistics planning, transport coordination or related operations\n\nExperience in chemical logistics or DG handling is an advantage\n\nFamiliar with SAP, TMS, or similar logistics systems\n\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and data tracking\n\nStrong coordination and problem-solving skills\n\nGood communication skills to liaise with internal teams, drivers, and vendors\n\nKey Competencies\nPlanning and scheduling\n\nAttention to detail\n\nOperational problem-solving\n\nCost awareness and efficiency focus\n\nSafety and compliance mindset\n\nCommunication and stakeholder management\n\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities\n\nBrenntag provides equal employment opportunities to qualified applicants and employees of all backgrounds and identities to create a workplace where difference is valued because it forms a resilient and more innovative organization.
