# Operations Engineer

Purpose of Position The primary role of the Operations Engineer - Canada is to provide facility and process troubleshooting, facility and process design and management, and support of project work related to the business. The ideal candidate will possess strong Process Engineering expertise with the ability to identify, analyze, and implement improvements to manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will also demonstrate effective project management capabilities, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization. The Operations Engineer will cover all aspects of process, including: Manufacturing efficiency Plant and process safety Equipment review to ensure safety, efficiency, and compatibility from both a material and day-to-day operational perspective General manufacturing needs Finished product quality The Operations Engineer will also assist with process-related safety and training, project design and implementation, regulatory and compliance assistance, and external technical support for the commercial group.
