This role drives profitable growth through portfolio optimization, supplier management, pricing strategy, market intelligence, and close collaboration with country commercial teams.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Product & Portfolio Management\nManage assigned product portfolio across SEA markets, including lifecycle management.\nIdentify growth opportunities in new applications, segments, and countries.\nEvaluate portfolio performance and recommend expansion, rationalization, or repositioning strategies.\nDrive product innovation and commercialization of new offerings.\n2. Commercial Growth & Profitability\nDeliver regional revenue, gross profit, and margin targets for assigned product lines.\nDefine pricing frameworks and pricing governance across SEA.\nSupport country sales teams in strategic bids and large commercial opportunities.\nAnalyze revenue growth, margin performance, market share, product profitability, and customer retention.\nImprove mix toward higher-margin products and strategic customers.\n3. Supplier & Principal Management\nBuild and manage supplier/principal relationships.\nNegotiate supply agreements, pricing terms, rebates/incentives, and regional exclusivity arrangements.\nEnsure supply reliability and business continuity.\nConduct regular supplier business reviews.\nPosition Brenntag as preferred channel partner in APAC.\n4. Market Intelligence & Business Development\nMonitor market trends, feedstock pricing, competitor activity, and supply-demand dynamics.\nConduct market analysis on size, growth trends, customer needs, and industry changes.\nIdentify opportunities from regulatory shifts, raw material disruptions, and emerging customer demands.\nShare market intelligence with leadership and country teams.\n5. Cross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner closely with Country Business Managers, Sales Teams, Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory/Compliance, Finance, and Technical/Application teams.\nResponsibilities include forecast planning, inventory optimization, demand planning, product launch execution, and sales enablement.\n6. Customer & Technical Support\nSupport customer meetings and regional key accounts.\nProvide product positioning and value proposition for customer presentations.\nAssist with technical and commercial problem solving.\nDrive value-selling instead of price-based selling.\n7.
