# Production Admin

Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and raise write-off forms for management approval. Perform corresponding SAP transactions and ensure proper filing for audit purposes. Create cases in Salesforce for any issues related to receiving discrepancies or goods movement. Perform stock transfers (BIN to BIN) in the SAP system. Conduct Goods Receipt in SAP for White Oil bulk deliveries, ensuring the batch number, shipping details, and quantity match system records. Coordinate with import agents to monitor and ensure timely arrival of raw materials and bulk goods for production. Generate production orders based on the weekly schedule provided in the Production Planning files. To follow up with the production order until closed stage. And to follow up with stock into WHM inventory. Track production orders through to closure and ensure inventory is updated accurately in the WHM system. Perform flushing, gain, and loss transactions in accordance with the production plan. Lead the weekly Production Meeting, provide updates on drumming progress, and review the production schedule.
