The position plays a key role in supporting efficient stock management, resolving issues, and contributing to smooth end-to-end supply chain processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nTransfer purchase requirements into purchase orders and place orders with suppliers.\nProcess, monitor, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.\nMaintain and update all relevant purchasing documentation in line with company procedures and quality standards.\nCoordinate purchasing-related communication between suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments.\nAct as a point of contact for supply chain complaints, managing and resolving issues in a timely manner.\nSupport inbound logistics activities, including tracking deliveries and assisting with import/export administration.\nLiaise with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to resolve any delivery or stock-related queries.\nComplete all relevant administrative tasks, system updates, and reporting accurately and on time.\nIdentify opportunities to improve purchasing and supply chain processes\nExperience & Skills\nPrevious experience in an administrative, purchasing, supply chain, or logistics environment.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.\nConfident communicator with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.\nWell organised with good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.\nCompetent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.\nAble to work independently while contributing positively as part of a team.\nBrenntag provides equal employment opportunities to qualified applicants and employees of all backgrounds and identities to create a workplace where difference is valued because it forms a resilient and more innovative organization.
