Je werkt nauw samen met Account Managers, R&D-teams en leveranciers om innovatieve oplossingen succesvol naar de markt te brengen en duurzame groei te realiseren.\nJouw verantwoordelijkheden\nOntwikkelen van nieuwe business en identificeren van markt- en klantbehoeften.\n\nBezoeken van klanten samen met Account Managers en adviseren over technische toepassingen en productoplossingen.\n\nVertalen van klantvragen naar innovatieve oplossingen in samenwerking met R&D en leveranciers.\n\nOpbouwen en beheren van een projectpipeline en opvolgen van proefprojecten en producttesten.\n\nTechnische trainingen geven aan klanten en Account Managers over producten, toepassingen en wetgeving.\n\nOndersteunen van Innovation Labs en bijdragen aan strategische groeiprojecten.\n\nSignaleren van marktontwikkelingen en concurrentie, en deze vertalen naar commerciële kansen.\n\nVastleggen en opvolgen van projecten en klantinformatie in CRM.\n\nActief deelnemen aan beurzen, seminars en webinars.\n\nJouw profiel\nBachelor- of masterdiploma in Chemie of een vergelijkbare wetenschappelijke richting.\n\nMinimaal 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen de cleaning industrie, met kennis van formuleringen en toepassingen.\n\nVloeiende kennis van Nederlands, Duits en Engels.\n\nBereid om regelmatig te reizen.\n\nSterke communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden.\n\nAnalytisch, oplossingsgericht en hands-on.\n\nJe vormt de brug tussen commerciële opportuniteiten en R&D.\n\nErvaring met SAP, Excel, PowerPoint en Power BI is een plus.\n\nWat bieden wij?\nJe komt terecht in een internationale en innovatieve werkomgeving waar je de kans krijgt om jouw technische expertise te combineren met klantcontact en business development.
