This is a great opportunity to work on the cutting edge of Generative AI technology with an experienced and proven team as well as with enterprise customers on real enterprise use cases.\n Position overview\nAs the first solutions engineer at BREV/ΛN you will be responsible for showcasing the product to customers and crafting demos relevant to the customer’s context. You will help shape the product through your feedback using and building with the product.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer pre-sales demos\nSetup BREV/ΛN Agents with applications and integrations for use cases relevant to the specific customer\n\nSetup sample datasets and workflows specific to each use case\n\nRecord demo videos to post on social media\n\nProduct delivery post sales\nGuide customers through their first setup\n\nBuild and maintain any glue code between BREV/ΛN and other applications\n\nWeekly check ins with customers\n\nGrow usage by identifying new use cases and opportunities\n\nTesting and feedback\nTest the features of the product as they are released in dev\n\nWork closely with product teams to provide feedback from testing and demos\n\nBuild agents that we can use at BREVIAN\n\nHelp develop documentation and templates specific to features and use cases\n\nQualifications\n4+ years of experience where you have been accountable for technical project / program delivery within the domain of Data / AI\n\nExperience working with LLMs is a plus\n\nExperience with integrating data and applications\n\nExperience working on AWS\n\nExperience with prompting techniques and working with prompt chains\n\nProgramming experience in Python\n\nExperience in a customer-facing pre-sales / technical architecture / customer success, or consulting role\n\nTechnical project management including account, stakeholder and resource management
