Digital Customer Success Manager - French

We are looking for a Digital Customer Success for our new Pro offer!

Your Impact at Brevo:

• Execute a high-volume engagement approach, utilizing 1-to-many strategies such as targeted email sequences, digital materials and webinars (from onboarding to renewal)
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of accounts, ensuring customers hit key milestones in their journey (via emails and meetings)
• Manage renewal discussions with strong focus on client retention and growth
• Monitor customer health scores and relevant data to proactively identify and engage at-risk accounts.
• Drive customer adoption of key best practices by helping on enablement sessions and webinars.
• Contribute to the development of the digital resources and "Digital Journey" content that empowers customers to find value independently.
• Identify common customer challenges and provide feedback to Product and Engineering to improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Sales and Customer Experience teams to mitigate risk, improve customer experience, drive value outcomes, and unlock growth

Who you are:

• Relevant work experience of at least 2 years as a Customer Experience, CSM or Marketing Project Manager
• Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills in French
• Customer-centric
• Good marketing knowledge
• Strong ability to understand, manage, and drive customers' needs and strategy
• Proven track record of sustained target achievement
• Ability to drive issue resolution and work in collaboration with all departments (Sales, Product, Customer Experience, Finance, etc.)
• Proactive, autonomous, and efficient!
• You're a data-driven person as well as a team player
