From a fuzzy idea on Monday to something live and learning by Friday. No waiting for perfect specs. No handing off the hard parts to someone else.\nWhat You’ll Own:\nOwning ecommerce features or product lines like Email/SMS/RCS end-to-end, from fuzzy idea to live in production.\nWriting backend services in Python and Go, plus the bits of PHP still around.\nTouching the frontend when the feature needs it.\nTalking to users, prototyping fast, and deciding what's good enough for v1.\nMaking scope and trade-off calls inside the pod, then sanity-checking them with the wider team.\nCarrying the product thinking for yourself.\nPushing for quality where it matters (reliability, performance), without gold-plating.\nWhat We're Looking For:\n 5+ years of direct experience shipping something a real user touched, and you can speak to why it mattered to them, not just how you built it.\nStrong in Python and Go. Comfortable around PHP. Willing to work on the frontend when needed.\nSaaS or B2B background; you understand multi-tenant products and customer workflows.\nHave a coding agent as a daily driver, not weekend tinkering. You know where AI helps and where it gets in the way.\nStrong product instincts: opinions you can defend, and the humility to change them when data says otherwise.\nComfortable in small autonomous teams with little process.\nClear writer.
