Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring our systems, processes, and data work seamlessly together.\nIf you’re passionate about problem-solving, Responsibilities:\nWorking within the IT department, you will support and optimise our core business applications, including ERP SAP Business One, Brewing Systems, Warehouse Management System (WMS), Purchase-to-Pay systems, and other enterprise applications.\nThis role requires a dynamic individual with strong stakeholder management skills, who will be responsible for delivering new projects that enhance business operations and efficiency.\nThe successful candidate will also play a key role in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation, leveraging SQL, Excel and Power BI to provide insights and drive decision-making.\nKey Skills and Experience:\nProven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role (at least 3+ years).\nStrong SQL experience to develop and maintain SQL queries, extracting, analysing, and transforming data for reporting purposes.\nExperience with an ERP system is essential for this role (SAP Business One (preferred), MS Dynamics, NetSuite etc.) \nSkilled in analysing business processes across various departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Retail, Procurement etc.) and identifying automation and improvement opportunities.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, ability to engage with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather and document business requirements for new systems, integrations, and enhancements.\nExperienced in managing project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.\nAbility to develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making (Power BI, Excel).\nStrong technical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to business users.\nExposure in ensuring data integrity, governance, and compliance across business systems.\nSkills that would be a bonus:\nWorking with APIs.\nFamiliar with programming languages such as Python, C#.\nExposure to agile methodologies and project management tools.\nExperience in FMCG companies.\nAbout You\nAbout You\nRelevant certifications in Project Management, ITIL, Business Analysis, PowerBI is advantageous. \nA strong work ethic
