Working closely with the Head of NPD Operations (DRS lead) and cross-functional workstream owners, the role will coordinate activity across a complex portfolio of approximately 140 SKUs spanning UK and international markets as well as the company's owned bar estate. The role will provide the day-to-day coordination requiredto keep multiple interdependent workstreams on track, allowing the DRS lead to focus on programme leadership, cross-functional detail and decision-making, risk managementand senior stakeholder engagement.\nKey Result Area / Principal Duties & Responsibilities\nMaintain DRS project plan, milestonesand critical path\n\nCoordinate actions and dependencies across workstreams\n\nMaintain programme action, risk, issueand decision logs\n\nProactively follow up actions with workstream owners, escalating delays or risk to DRS Lead\n\nCoordinate regular project meetings\n\nHelp prepare agendas, meeting materials, actionsand follow-up\n\nMaintain clear project documentation and version control\n\nMaintain central DRS SKU tracker\n\nTrack DRS status by SKU, pack formatand packaging component\n\nCoordinate timelines for artwork, packaging, barcodeand master data changes\n\nSubmit and track artwork briefs, approvalsand release dates across relevant teams\n\nSupport management of UK versus international packaging transitions\n\nSupport communication of packaging and finished goods depletion milestones ahead of DRS cutover\n\nCoordinate activity across key business functions\n\nSupport visibility of customer-specific requirements and transition milestones\n\nCoordinate customer product set up and change activity with Commercial and Master Data teams\n\nSupport readiness tracking across owned bar estate\n\nSupport preparation of DRS Steering Committee materials\n\nConsolidateworkstream updates into project reports\n\nMaintain project readiness dashboards\n\nProvide accuratestatus reporting to DRS Lead\n\nMaintainevidence requiredfor programme readiness and go-live sign off\n\nSupport increased project
