You will have the opportunity to learn and push the frontier of providing the best financial software experience to help companies grow. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!\nResponsibilities\nWork with engineers across the company to build new features and products.\nWork side-by-side with user facing teams (Sales, Support) to best understand the needs of our customers. \nDesign and implement experiments to improve our customer’s experiences.\nOwn problems end-to-end, thinking through everything from user experience, data models, scalability, operability and ongoing metrics.\nTune and polish features to a high-degree of excellence.\nRequirements\n7+ years of professional experience with modern frontend technologies and tools like ES6+, React, TypeScript, and Webpack\nExperience architecting, developing, and testing client-side code end to end\nExperience developing client facing software products \nUphold our high engineering standards\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nBonus points\nExperience collaborating with specialists in product, design, and operations\nExperience with developing in React Native for mobile\nBasic experience with design tools\nGreat writing skills\nProactive approach.\nCompensation\nThe expected salary range for this role is $192,000 - $240,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
