Our leaders are industry experts, creative, unafraid to challenge the status quo, and the pioneers of market-changing solutions.\nWe are looking for a Product Manager to manage a defined product area and drive business and customer impact through delivery.This role is responsible for setting product priorities, deeply understanding different customer segments, and partnering cross-functionally to build products that solve real problems and scale with the business. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, project management, client teams, and leadership to execute product initiatives and continuously improve customer outcomes. This role reports to a Product Strategy Business Lead.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn product roadmap and delivery execution for assigned product area.\nPartner with product strategy, product success, and leadership to ensure customer experience and product evolution align with strategic objectives.\nDefine, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with leadership and product strategy lead. \nCollaborate with engineering, design, QA, project management, and client-facing teams to deliver customer value.\nCreate and manage detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nFacilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. \nLead product launches, release planning, communications, training, and adoption activities. \nDrive change management and stakeholder engagement for new product capabilities. \nDefine and monitor product success metrics and leverage data to inform prioritization and decision-making.\nApply judgment, intuition, and feedback loops to drive results, while staying in alignment with overall product strategy.\nMentor and support Junior Product Managers as appropriate. \nCollaborate closely with internal and external partners to understand various customer segments, validate solutions, and build products that scale, in collaboration with cross functional teams. \nWork closely with fellow product managers, junior product managers, product strategy lead, and engineers within your product vertical to execute prioritized work. \nOwn the execution of the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business strategy/goals and market dynamics. \nEnsure alignment with product strategy, project management, leadership and cross functional teams to enhance the customer experience and product evolution that drives the product’s strategic objectives. \nQualifications\nExperience delivering B2B software products in startups or fast-paced environments. \nExperience leading cross-functional teams comprised of design, engineering, and QA. \nExperience with the product development lifecycle, including strategic visioning, discovery, development, and delivery.\nStrong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable product features and enhancements.\nDemonstrated experience using user insights, data, and analytics to inform product decisions, and translate the outcomes into a product roadmap. \nAn instinct for creating simple, intuitive user experiences that solve complex problems. \nExperience owning and managing a product roadmap for 2+ years, iterating based on customer needs and business outcomes.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence multiple levels of the organization. \nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent. \n5-7 years of total professional experience. \n3-5 years of product management experience. \nExperience managing product roadmaps and product lifecycle activities. \nExperience leading Agile product teams. \nExperience with change management and cross-functional product rollouts. \nFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, and related product tools. \nExperience with data analytics and using data to drive decision making is a plus. \nCandidate must be able to submit verification of their legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.\nSalary Range: $140,000 - $185,000\nAbout BRG\nBRG combines world-leading academic credentials with world-tested business expertise and purpose-built emerging technologies.
