market-leading team of cloud security specialists.\nThis role combines technical leadership, business development, partner engagement, and client-facing consulting, ensuring the cloud practice remains at the forefront of innovation and industry best practice.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Leadership\nDefine and execute the Cloud Security strategy, aligned with wider business objectives and growth plans. \nShape the future direction of the Cloud practice, identifying emerging technologies, market trends, and new service opportunities. \nLead the strategic adoption of AI and cloud security technologies to enhance both customer outcomes and internal capabilities. \nBuild and maintain a roadmap that ensures the organisation remains at the forefront of cloud security innovation. \nPractice Leadership\nWork with managers across the Cloud practice to develop a high-performing team of Cloud Security Consultants and Technical Specialists. \nGive guidance on establishing clear career pathways, mentoring programmes, and certification plans to support employee growth and retention across the Cloud practice. \nDrive a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. \nEnsure consistent delivery quality across cloud security engagements. \nClient Delivery & Consulting\nAct as a senior technical and strategic advisor to clients. \nEngage with senior stakeholders and executive teams to understand business challenges and define cloud security strategies. \nProvide leadership across complex cloud transformation, security modernisation, and AI adoption programmes. \nSupport pre-sales activities, workshops, proof of concepts, and executive presentations. \nTechnology & Innovation\nDrive capability development across: \nMicrosoft Azure \nMicrosoft 365 Security \nMicrosoft Defender Suite \nMicrosoft Sentinel \nMicrosoft Entra \nMicrosoft Copilot for Security \nMicrosoft Purview \nAWS Security \nGoogle Cloud Security \nWiz Platform \nEmerging AI security platforms \nEvaluate and introduce new technologies and services that create value for customers and drive business growth. \nStrategic Partnerships\nSupport and strengthen the strategic relationship with Microsoft. \nBuild executive-level relationships with key technology partners and vendors. \nCollaborate on joint go-to-market initiatives, funded engagements, technical enablement, and capability development. \nRepresent the organisation at partner events, conferences, and industry forums. \nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with a variety of teams across Bridewell, such as the below, to ensure aligned service offerings, customer success, and continued business growth:\nSales & Bid Teams \nTechnical Services including Security Architecture, Offensive Services and Operational Technology \nGovernance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) \nManaged Security Services \nMarketing & Alliances \nCommercial Responsibility\nContribute to cloud practice revenue growth and profitability. \nSupport sales forecasting, pipeline development, and service expansion initiatives. \nDevelop new service offerings and intellectual property aligned to market demand. \nAssist with bid responses, proposals, and strategic client opportunities. \nIndustry Leadership\nServe as a recognised subject matter expert within the cloud security community. \nDevelop thought leadership content, white papers, conference presentations, and technical blogs. \nRepresent the organisation externally across industry events and strategic client engagements. \nWhat We're Looking For\nSignificant experience within a client-facing Cloud Security Consulting or Professional Services leadership role. \nProven experience leading and developing technical consulting teams. \nStrong experience defining cloud security strategies for enterprise organisations. \nExperience managing strategic technology partnerships, particularly Microsoft. \nDemonstrable success growing technical capabilities, services, and teams. \nExperience engaging with executive stakeholders and board-level audiences. \nStrong commercial awareness with experience supporting business growth initiatives. \nTechnical Expertise\nStrong expertise across several of the following:\nMicrosoft Entra (Identity, Identity Protection, Identity Governance, Internet Access, Private Access) \nMicrosoft 365 Defender (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps) \nMicrosoft Defender for Cloud \nMicrosoft Sentinel \nMicrosoft Copilot for Security \nMicrosoft Intune \nAWS Security Services \nGoogle Cloud Platform Security \nZero Trust Architectures \nDevSecOps \nCNAP platforms (like Wiz and Palo Alto) \nSecure AI Adoption and AI Governance \nPost Quantum Cryptography \nCertifications\nIndustry-recognised certifications such as:\nAZ-500 Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate \nSC-500 Microsoft Cloud & AI Security Engineer \nSC-100 Microsoft Cyber Security Architect Expert \nMS-102 Microsoft Administrator Expert \nCISSP \nCCSP \nAWS Security Specialty \nSABSA \nTOGAF \nWhilst these
