including talent management working experience.\nBachelor's degree in human resources or related field.\nAbility to work directly with Senior Management and manage within a matrix organization.\nMust be comfortable facilitating in-person stand-up training and virtual training programs through MS Teams.\nProven stakeholder management & relationship building capabilities.\nExperienced with fast-paced large volume, dynamic, complex, international operations.\nExcellent communication skills (written &
