electrical equipment meets quality and performance standards.\nWorking with vendors, contractors, and external service providers, which involves evaluating proposals, managing contracts, tracking performance, and ensuring products/services meet project requirements\nIdentifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with the project, developing contingency plans to minimize impacts, and resolving issues related to scope, budget, and resources.\nChampion a culture of safety excellence, enforcing strict health and safety guidelines and ensuring all high-voltage (HV) works comply with relevant national/international codes, standards (e.g., NESC, ANSI, IEEE, RUS, OSHA), and client specifications.\nOversee the testing, inspection, and final commissioning of all substation equipment and control systems, ensuring readiness for commercial use and handover\n任职要求 / Requirements\nDegree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.\nProfessional Electrical Engineer (Ir) in High Voltage system in Malaysia\nMinimum 5-8 years of project management experience in High Voltage Consumer Landing Station (CLS) (132KV, 275KV, 500KV) supporting data centres, mission-critical facilities, or regulated environments.\nProven experience managing High Voltage Substation works, MV/LV electrical System, HVAC, Fire projection and Gas suppression system interface, Power transformer installation and testing, control, protection and SCADA integration for new construction projects.\nStrong understanding of data centre infrastructure and critical environments\n· Knowledge of local TNB requirements, fire codes, authority requirements, and compliance processes\n· Familiarity with change management in uptime-critical
