Power BI, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).\n-Strong understanding of Thailand employment laws and HR best practices.\n-Experience working in matrixed organizations with COEs and SSCs.\n-Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization to drive informed decision-making.\n-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters effectively.\n-Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\n-Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\n-Experience in organizational change management and transformation.\n-Prior experience in data centres, infrastructure, or technology industries is a plus.\n-Willingness to travel when
