especially VMWare and/or Sangfor HCI\n· Solid experience in Linux and Windows system administration, experience in standardization and process improvement is a plus\n· Good understanding of backup and disaster recovery concepts, with hands-on experience in common backup strategies (full, incremental, differential)\n· Strong networking fundamentals, with the ability to configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches and wireless APs\n· Familiarity with IT operations and backup-related audit processes, audit experience is a plus\n· Strong problem-solving skills, learning agility\n· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills\n· Relevant certifications i.e.., VMWare, networking certifications are a
