The position provides research, systems, data, administrative, and operational support across the Resident Impact & Resource Development function, including grant prospect research, funding pipeline administration, grant and reporting calendars, payment tracking, database management in systems like Blackbaud and Salesforce, and cross-functional coordination.\nReporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Evaluation, the Coordinator helps establish consistent processes, maintain accurate data, and provide clear visibility across the grant and resource development lifecycle. The position works collaboratively across Resource Development, Evaluation, Programs, Community Development, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure funding opportunities and commitments are effectively tracked and supported from prospect identification through award, payment, reporting, and closeout.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, systems-minded, and comfortable coordinating work across multiple teams, platforms, and deadlines.\nResponsibilities\nGrant Research & Pipeline Support\nProactively identify and research new institutional funding prospects using grant databases, foundation 990’s, corporate giving programs, government funding sources, and other prospect research tools aligned with BRIDGE’s priorities.\nDevelop well-researched prospect profiles that summarize funder alignment, historical giving, typical award size, geographic focus, application requirements, and potential fit with BRIDGE priorities.\nMonitor RFPs, funding announcements, foundation databases, 990s, and other prospect research resources.\nPrepare concise prospect and opportunity summaries to support funding decisions.\nMaintain an organized pipeline of prospective and active institutional funding opportunities.Support the grant strategy lead with research necessary to evaluate and prioritize opportunities.\n\nGrant Operations & Coordination\nMaintain the master grant calendar, including application, reporting, renewal, award, and closeout deadlines.\nTrack opportunities through the full lifecycle from prospect identification through application, award/decline, payment, reporting, renewal, and closeout.\nCoordinate collection of program data, financial information, organizational documents, attachments, and other application materials.\nSupport administrative preparation and submission of grant applications.\nTrack grant agreements, reporting requirements, deliverables, restrictions, and other funder commitments.\nProactively identify upcoming deadlines, missing information, and potential risks.\nDevelopment Systems & Data Management\nMaintain accurate grant, funder, prospect, contribution, and opportunity information within Blackbaud, Salesforce, and other Resource Development systems.\nMaintain and support consistent data-entry and record management practices..\nConduct routine data-quality reviews and resolve missing, duplicate, inconsistent, or outdated information.\nMaintain organized electronic documentation for proposals, awards, reports, agreements, payments, and funder correspondence.\nProduce regular pipeline, deadline, activity, award, and revenue reports.\nSupport dashboards that provide leadership with visibility into Resource Development performance.\nRevenue & Payment Tracking\nTrack expected grant and philanthropic payments against award documentation.\nVerify receipt of payments in partnership with Finance.\nMaintain visibility into received, outstanding, partial, or delayed payments.\nResearch discrepancies between award documentation, development systems, and financial records.\nEnsure appropriate systems and records are updated following payment.\nSupport regular reconciliation between Resource Development and Finance.\nStrategic Initiatives & Operational Excellence\nSupport the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Evaluation in developing and improving Resource Development operations (Monday.com, Microsoft SharePoint), workflows, SOPs, dashboards, and internal controls.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline or automate administrative processes.\nSupport integration of grant, funding, program, and impact data where appropriate.\nAssist with special projects and strategic initiatives across Resident Impact & Resource Development.\nPrepare research, reports, briefing materials, and presentations for leadership as needed.\nSupport department-wide measurement and reporting initiatives.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or a related field preferred\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel\nExperience or ability to learn working with CRM, donor management, project management, or comparable data systems \nStrong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality\nAbility to work independently and take initiative\nAbility to work effectively with a dynamic team\nCommitted to establishing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external partners \nPreferred\nExperience working with CRM, donor management, learning management, or project management systems like Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, Monday.com, Grace Hill, or similar database/reporting platforms\nExperience conducting grant, foundation, corporate, or prospect research\nKnowledge of fundraising, grant management, nonprofit operations, affordable housing, or
