The successful candidate will help design and implement scalable data ingestion, transformation, and storage solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and implement data pipelines across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers\nDevelop and maintain ingestion processes from multiple internal and external data sources\nCreate scalable ETL/ELT workflows using AWS-native technologies\nDevelop and manage AWS Glue Jobs and data transformation processes\nConfigure and maintain S3-based data lakes\nImplement data quality, monitoring, and governance controls\nCollaborate with Data Analysts and business stakeholders to meet reporting and analytics requirements\nOptimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of data solutions\nWorkplace: Remote based role in LATAM, preferably in Argentina\nMust Have Skills:\n5 years of experience Leading DE teams\nStrong knowledge of Medallion Architecture and modern data lake practices\nHands-on experience with AWS services\nExperience working with Amazon S3\nExperience creating and managing AWS Glue Jobs\nUnderstanding of IAM roles, security policies, and access management\nExperience ingesting data from diverse structured and unstructured sources\nStrong SQL and data modeling skills\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with Lake Formation, Athena, Redshift, or EMR\nKnowledge of data governance and metadata management\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments\nProfessional Skills:\nExcellent Acvanced English communication skills (written and oral) \nStrong team and individual player\nMaintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature\nHigh standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results\nSelf-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or
