The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning, with expertise in various areas of natural language processing and computer vision.\nResponsibilities:\nOversee the fine-tuning of open-source Large Language Models\nDesign and implement advanced text processing and computer vision algorithms\nDevelop and optimize inference engines for efficient model deployment\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into our products\nStay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies\nImplement and maintain best practices for data processing and model development\nEnsure adherence to Agile methodologies throughout the development process\nCollect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources\nDevelop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems\nPerform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions\nCommunicate findings and insights through data visualizations and vision\nProven track record of leading ML engineering teams and projects\nStrong proficiency in Python and related ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)\nExperience with fine-tuning and deploying large language models\nExpertise in developing and optimizing inference engines\nSolid understanding of data processing techniques and best practices\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies\nExcellent communication and leadership skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment\nStrong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages\nExperience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn\nProficiency in SQL and experience with database management\nExcellent analytical and
