This role will focus on data modeling, source system analysis, business process understanding, and ensuring that application functionality aligns with business objectives.\nResponsibilities:\nAnalyze and document business requirements\nResearch and assess new data sources for integration into the platform\nMap source systems and datasets to existing business and data models\nSupport the design and refinement of data models and business rules\nWork closely with technical teams to clarify business requirements\nPartner with stakeholders to validate application features and functionality\nPerform gap analysis between current and target business processes\nCreate documentation, workflows, and data mapping specifications\nSupport user acceptance testing and business validation activities\nWorkplace: Remote based role in LATAM, preferably in Argentina\nMust Have Skills:\n4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role\nStrong understanding of data modeling concepts\nExperience analyzing and documenting data sources\nProficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nExperience translating business needs into functional requirements\nAbility to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams\nKnowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS preferred)\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience working in data modernization initiatives\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies\nProfessional Skills:\nExcellent English communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills\nStrong team and individual player\nMaintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature\nHigh standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results\nSelf-sufficient,
