The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and a proven track record delivering custom solutions and integrations that extend the platform’s capabilities.\nWorkplace: This is a remote opportunity open to candidates residing in Argentina or Colombia only\nCore Technologies: Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components). Salesforce APIs (REST and SOAP). Integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.\nResponsibilities:\nManage and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, security settings, and data integrity\nConfigure and customize applications, objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows\nDesign, develop, and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components\nCreate and maintain custom objects, triggers, classes, and integrations\nPlan, design, and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP, marketing automation, and third-party applications\nUse Salesforce APIs and middleware tools to enable data exchange and process automation\nDevelop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables\nMonitor system performance and troubleshoot platform and integration issues\nProvide user support, training, and documentation\nStay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements to system performance and user experience\nMust Have Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent IT experience\n5+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform, including 3+ years in development and integrations\nProven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions and integrations\nProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs\nExperience with integration tools such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi\nStrong knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules\nPreferred Skills:\nSalesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I & II)\nAdvanced certifications such as Salesforce Architect or CPQ Specialist\nExperience with Lightning Experience and the Salesforce Mobile App\nKnowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, or similar languages and frameworks\nBackground in cloud computing, including systems design, implementation, and management\nProfessional Skills:\nExcellent problem-solving skills\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nAble to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
