The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable software applications, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps and environment management. This role requires a deep understanding of AI-driven applications, cloud solutions, and best practices for software architecture.\nResponsibilities:\nLead the integration of AI technologies into software solutions, ensuring efficiency and performance.\nManage software environments, including development, testing, and production setups. Oversee the CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies using Microsoft Azure DevOps.\nEnsure application security, scalability, and maintainability through best coding and architectural practices.\nWork closely with stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions.\nEvaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies that align with the organization’s AI strategy.\nProvide mentorship and technical guidance to development teams.\nWorkplace: This is a remote position for candidates based in Colombia or Argentina only\nMust Have Skills:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience as an Technical Lead or similar role.\nStrong experience with AI technologies, including machine learning frameworks, NLP, and predictive analytics.\nExpertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repositories, and deployment strategies.\nProficiency in cloud computing technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.\nExperience in managing application environments, including staging, testing, and production.\nStrong knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\nProficiency in programming languages such as .Net, React, Nodejs, Azure DevOps, Devops Pipelines CI, Kubernetes, App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage, SQL Server, CosmosDB.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.\nExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.\nPreferred Skills:\nCertifications in Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer Associate).\nExperience with DevOps tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins.\nKnowledge
