This role is responsible for timely, accurate processing of policy documentation and related transactions while delivering consistent, high-quality customer service. The Associate plays a key supporting role in maintaining workflow efficiency, service standards, and revenue growth.\nHow You Will Contribute:\nProcess and upload policies, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, invoices, and related documentation with speed and accuracy\nPrepare and issue binders for new and renewal P&C business in accordance with company guidelines\nReview and execute suspense items and service requests within established timelines\nAssist with rating, endorsements, and cancellations as directed\nDevelop working knowledge of carrier forms, underwriting requirements, and internal procedures\nProvide professional customer service via phone and email to internal and external partners\nIssue Notices of Cancellation (NOCs) as directed by carriers, Accounting, or leadership\nSupport Commercial Lines submissions as needed\nMaintain organized and accurate records across internal systems\nEnsure compliance with company policies, audit standards, and E&O risk mitigation practices\nCollaborate with team members to meet workflow demands and service expectations\nLicenses & Certifications:\nAbility to obtain and maintain Texas P&C license within 90 days\nSkills & Experience to Be Successful:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\n1 - 3 years' experience in a similar position\nStrong multitasking capabilities in a deadline-driven environment\nExcellent proofreading and accuracy\nProficient with MS Office Suite\nProfessional demeanor and customer-focused mindset\nAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality\nAssociate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (Preferred)\nBilingual (Preferred)\nAbout Us:\nBridge Specialty Group creates a more seamless way to connect the varying needs of our retail partners with the market clout and talents of our wholesale entities.
