Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels. Assist in preparing quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records and customer information. Follow up on pending bookings, confirmations, payments, and cancellations. Coordinate with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other travel service providers where required. Support the reservations team in ensuring bookings are processed accurately and on time. Provide professional and responsive customer service. Assist with general administrative duties within the reservations department. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.\nRequirements Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Recent graduate or student seeking practical industry experience. Strong interest in the tourism and travel industry. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach. Must be willing and ready to work and learn in a hands-on environment.
