This role is responsible for designing solutions across security and life safety systems - including CCTV, Access Control, PAVA (Public Address/Voice Alarm), Entrance Control, IP-PABX, and Intercom systems - and translating them into accurate technical drawings and documentation for project delivery.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nDesign solutions across security and life safety systems, including but not limited to CCTV, Access Control, PAVA, Entrance Control, IP-PABX, and Intercom\nPrepare and generate 2D and 3D drawings in AutoCAD and other applicable design software, including working drawings and As-Built drawings\nConduct site surveys and produce sketches to inform solution design\nDevelop and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from designed solutions\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams - project managers, engineers, and clients - to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints\nAttend project meetings with clients and other stakeholders\nManage project communications through Minutes of Meetings (MoMs)\nInteract and communicate effectively with various team members throughout project design work\nIdentify and propose strategic solutions to improve design workflows\nStay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design practices, and incorporate them into project deliverables\nFollow and adhere to relevant design standards and guidelines\nRequirements\nSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS\nDiploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or Urban Planning\nMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar technical design role\nProficiency in AutoCAD/REVIT and other CAD design software\nStrong understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies as applied to technical systems\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities\nExceptional attention to detail\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced
