That means managing our Microsoft 365 environment, supporting staff with their hardware and home internet setups, administering our CRM and other business tools, and making sure the team shows up to every client interaction with reliable, well-configured technology. You will support staff across both the Kenya and Australian hubs, and play a key role in setting up our customer support call centre infrastructure as the business grows. This is a broad role with real ownership. As the team grows, you will be the person who onboards new staff, sets the standard for how our tools are managed, and proactively spots and solves problems before they affect delivery.\nWhat you'll do: \n Manage our Microsoft 365 environment - user accounts, email, Teams, SharePoint, licences, and security\n\nSupport all Kenya and Australia-based staff with hardware setup, home internet troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT issues\n\nAdminister Zoho CRM - data hygiene, user access, basic configuration, and reporting\n\nIntegrate internal business systems so data flows cleanly between platforms without manual duplication\n\n Set up and manage our customer support call centre infrastructure - telephony, ticketing, and routing tools\n\nManage other internal business tools - website backend, communication platforms, and productivity tools\n\nOnboard new staff across both hubs - set up devices, accounts, and access from day one\n\nMonitor and maintain the reliability of all systems - flag issues proactively before they become problems\n\nDocument all systems, configurations, and processes clearly so the team is never dependent on one person \n\nResearch and recommend new tools that improve how the team operates\n\nCarry out other tasks as assigned by management - this is a small team and everyone contributes where needed\n\nWhat we're looking for: \n Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field\n\n5+ years of experience in an IT administration or systems administration role\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 - user management, email configuration, Teams, and security settings\n\nMicrosoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) - user identity, access management, conditional access policies, and MFA setup \n\nMicrosoft Intune or equivalent MDM tool for remote endpoint and device management across a distributed team \n\nPowerShell scripting for M365 and Windows administration - automating user provisioning, licence management, and reporting \n\nVoIP and telephony configuration - experience with platforms such as Twilio, RingCentral, or Microsoft Teams Phone for call centre setup \n\nSecurity fundamentals - MFA enforcement, conditional access, phishing response, and keeping a small distributed team protected \n\nExperience administering cloud platforms and SaaS tools (CRM, communication tools, project management)\n\nExperience integrating business systems via APIs or middleware tools\n\nNetwork and internet troubleshooting for remote staff - diagnosing connection issues, router configuration, and ISP escalation across multiple locations\n\nZoho ecosystem experience (CRM, Desk, or Zoho One) is a strong advantage given our current stack\n\nDetail-oriented and proactive - you notice things that are slightly off and fix them without being asked\n\n Interest in professional business tools and how technology enables a team to operate at a high standard\n\nExperience working with or for international or multinational organisations is a strong\nadvantage\n\nNon-negotiables:Every role with the business requires the following.\n\nAustralian business hours - This role works Sydney time.
