This role is responsible for driving the successful execution of product commercialization activities within Supply Chain. This role acts as the primary link between the Packaging and Regulatory departments, ensuring flawless execution of Artwork milestones to support a timely product launch. In addition, this role will own the Supply Chain Change Control strategy, support the implementation of a Product Variation Management process, and provide flexible project support across the broader Supply Chain portfolio.\nResponsibilities:\nChange Control Management\nInitiate, assess, and manage change controls related to commercialization activities\nCoordinate cross-functional impact assessments with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Packaging/Artwork and other teams as required\nTrack change control progress against timelines, escalating risks and delays proactively\nEnsure change controls are documented in compliance with Good Documentation Practices and other GxP requirements\nVariation Management\nSupport the creation and continuous improvement of the product Variation Management process\nCoordinate post-approval variations related to product changes (CMC / Labeling) and aligns with internal stakeholders on the approval and implementation windows\nMaintain variation trackers and ensure traceability between variations, change controls, manufacturing and artwork updates\nEnsure Regulatory approval, Change Control and artwork development timelines are synchronized between the departments\nOther Responsibilities\nSupport other commercialization projects as needed, including new product launches, site transfers, packaging changes, and Supply Chain network changes\nDevelop and maintain Commercial Supply Chain project plans, timelines and risk logs\nFacilitate cross-functional project meetings and drive actions to closure\nProvide status reporting to Supply Chain Leadership and other stakeholders\nOther duties as assigned\nWhere You’ll Work\nThis is a remote role based in the Netherlands, with approximately 5% travel anticipated.\nWho You Are\nBachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Logistics, Project Management or Business Administration\nMinimum of 10 years of Supply Chain / Project Management experience, including Life Sciences industry experience with commercial products\nDemonstrated experience with Change and variation management processes in a regulated environment\nExperience working across multiple markets/jurisdictions (EU, LACAN, MENA & APAC) is a must\nExperience supporting product launches & Life Cycle Management activities\nExperience coordinating artwork/labeling processes and understanding of regulatory submission cycles is strongly preferred\nStrong and clear understanding of GMP/GDP requirements and pharmaceutical industry best quality practices\nFamiliarity with quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory information management systems\nProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project)\nFluent in written and spoken English\nStrong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail\nStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and timelines\nAs a global company, our comprehensive benefits may vary based on location.
