Planning and execution of experiments to measure inhibitory activity of small molecule drug candidates against target proteolytic enzymes\nAdhere to company standards, and compliance in current industry standards and practices \nAdhere to safety regulations for handling and disposing of human plasma/serum and reagents\nProper maintenance of laboratory notebooks and forms in accordance with company policies and practices. Routine maintenance, and upkeep of laboratory\nWhere You'll Work\nMBC BioLabs, 930 Brittan Ave, San Carlos, CA 94070\nThis is not a remote work position.\nWho You Are\nEducation requirement \nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Genetics, Molecular Biology or Pharmacology\nRelevant Experience \nEnzyme assays \n4-5 years in Pharmaceutical Diagnostic in R&D or GLP environment\nKnowledge of GLP practice desired\nSkills Immunoassay and biochemical assay \nLaboratory experience with Western Blotting and SDS-PAGE is preferred. Basic knowledge of immunoassays and fluorescence biochemistry. Hands on experience in protease assays in plate format with colorimetric or fluorometric detection is desired.
