As our Product Designer, you will be the dedicated voice of the customer, bridging user research and behavioral insights directly into our product strategy, user flows, and front-end design.\nYour role\nAs our Product Designer, you will be embedded across key Multidisciplinary Teams (MDTs) taking direct ownership of our website, onboarding flows, and initial borrowing journeys. Partnering closely with our first designer, Product Managers, and engineers, you will lead end-to-end customer discovery interviews, run user testing, integrate AI into your workflows, and translate raw behavioral data into quarterly business plannings and OKRs.
