recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Field Sales Representative\n\nLocation: Makurdi, Benue\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Summary\n\nThe Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new customers, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence through direct field sales activities.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEnsure timely follow-up on customer enquiries and complaints.\nMaintain strong relationships with customers and follow up on outstanding orders and payments.\nVisit existing and prospective customers to promote products and secure orders.\nProvide reports on all visits to clients, companies, and other locations.\nMonitor competitors, market trends, customer feedback, and pricing activities.\nSupport product promotions and other sales initiatives.\nIdentify and acquire new customers, distributors, retailers, and business partners.\nPrepare daily sales reports and provide updates on customer visits, leads, and sales performance.\nAchieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.\n\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n\nNumber of new customers acquired.\nCustomer retention and repeat purchases.\nNumber of customer visits and orders generated.\nSales revenue achieved against target.\nTimely submission of sales reports and follow-up on payments.\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.\nPrevious field sales experience is an advantage.\nAbility to work independently and meet sales targets.\nOND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.\nMust be willing to travel within the assigned sales territory.\nGood knowledge of the assigned territory and customer
