oversee the receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of company products and materials, ensuring accurate stock records, efficient deliveries, and smooth warehouse operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMonitor stock levels and promptly report shortages, damaged goods, and discrepancies.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and ensure regular stock counts.\nCoordinate deliveries, transportation, loading, and distribution to customers and sales outlets.\nTrack delivery expenses and identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs.\nPrepare daily or weekly reports on inventory, dispatches, deliveries, and operational issues.\nPrevent stock losses, unauthorised releases, and avoidable product damage.\nEnsure proper documentation for stock movement, delivery notes, invoices, and goods received.\nEnsure orders are accurately picked, packaged, and dispatched on schedule.\nSupervise the receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of products and materials.\nMaintain proper warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and safety standards.\nSupervise warehouse personnel, drivers, and loading staff where applicable.\n\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n\nTimely and accurate order fulfilment.\nControl of transportation and warehouse operating costs.\nOn-time delivery rate.\nReduction in stock losses and damaged goods.\nTimely submission of inventory and logistics reports.\nInventory accuracy and frequency of stock discrepancies.\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nHND or B.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nGood record-keeping and attention to detail.\nAbility to coordinate staff, deliveries, and multiple operational tasks effectively.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.\nRelevant experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics operations.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nInterested
