profiles, executive speeches, thought leadership articles, and communication briefs.\nCoordinate media interviews, press briefings, product launches, corporate events, and other PR activities, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and client expectations.\nAdvise clients on corporate positioning, stakeholder engagement, public perception, reputation management, and appropriate communication approaches.\nMonitor media coverage, industry developments, public sentiment, and emerging reputational risks, recommending proactive communication strategies and crisis responses where necessary.\nTrack and evaluate PR campaign performance using relevant metrics, including media coverage quality, reach, audience engagement, sentiment, and overall campaign impact.\nPrepare client reports, campaign reviews, presentations, and strategic recommendations that demonstrate PR performance and identify opportunities for improvement.\nManage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and internal resources to ensure efficient execution across multiple client accounts.\nIdentify opportunities to expand existing accounts, develop PR proposals, contribute to client pitches, and support new business acquisition.\nCollaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated PR and communications campaigns while maintaining consistency in messaging, quality, and client service.\nOther responsibilities as assigned by management.\n\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor's degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.\nMinimum of 4–5 years' experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations, preferably within a PR agency or communications consultancy.\nDemonstrable experience planning and executing PR campaigns, managing media relationships, developing communication materials, and handling client accounts.\nExperience in corporate reputation management, stakeholder engagement, thought leadership, media monitoring, and PR performance reporting.\nExperience coordinating media events, press briefings, corporate announcements, or executive communications.\nA relevant professional qualification or postgraduate degree in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or a related discipline is an added advantage.\n\nCore Skills & Functional Competencies:\n\nStrong public relations strategy, campaign planning, and execution skills.\nExcellent media relations, press engagement, and corporate storytelling capabilities.\nStrong writing, editing, messaging, and content development skills.\nProven ability to manage multiple PR accounts and maintain effective client relationships.\nGood understanding of corporate reputation management, crisis communications, and stakeholder engagement.\nAbility to measure campaign performance, analyse media coverage, and develop actionable client reports.\nStrong project management, presentation, research, and organisational skills.\nCommercial awareness, proposal development, pitching, and account growth capabilities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication, sound judgement, professionalism, and attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant media monitoring, reporting, and communication tools.\n\nGeneral Conditions:\n\nRemuneration: NGN 500,000–600,000 monthly gross\nOther Benefits: Annual performance-based bonus, per diem allowance, airtime allowance, and
