This role blends hands-on GenAI/agent development with strong software engineering fundamentals, in a team that values fast iteration, rigorous testing, and close collaboration with client stakeholders.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and build GenAI features on Azure AI Foundry - implementing and iterating on agents, including system prompt design, tool/function calling, and multi-step agent orchestration\nBring engineering rigor to non-deterministic systems: design evals, measure output quality, and catch regressions through automated testing and CI\nLeverage AI coding tools and agents (e.g., Factory/Droid, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery, applying sound judgment on model trade-offs and when to use each\nContribute to our .NET microservices architecture on Azure, including deployment and maintenance across environments\nImprove repository workflows and CI/CD pipelines to reduce friction and keep the team shipping cleanly\nPartner with project leadership to iterate quickly and stay aligned with client requirements\nWorkplace: This is a remote position for candidates based in Colombia or Argentina only\nMust Have Skills:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\nProven experience as an AI Engineer or senior full-stack developer with a strong focus on Generative AI\nProficiency in .NET\nHands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as React (preferred) or Angular\nHands-on experience building LLM/agent features on Azure AI Foundry (or equivalent), with a solid grasp of agent fundamentals: system prompts, tool/function calling, and orchestration\nFamiliarity with evaluating AI systems - designing evals, measuring output quality, and regression testing\nExpert-level usage of AI coding assistants/agents (e.g., Factory, Droid, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery\nExperience with Azure DevOps -
