Our flexible, inclusive culture gives you the autonomy, resources, and opportunities to thrive.\nPosition Description\nThe Bridgenext Salesforce & Agentforce Functional Architect plays a critical role in the success of Salesforce engagements, serving as the intersection of application strategy, technical solution design, and client partnership. This role is responsible for deeply understanding client business challenges and leading the definition of innovative, scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.\nAs a Salesforce & Agentforce Functional Architect, you’ll guide cross-functional teams, spanning multiple time zones, through successful delivery while ensuring continuous alignment with client goals. You will serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders, foster collaboration, driving key decisions, and owning the end-to-end solution vision from discovery through enablement and handoff.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nOwn the end-to-end solution vision across multiple teams and client stakeholders\nBuild trusted relationships with executive and technical client stakeholders\nAlign business goals, technical architecture, and delivery strategy to drive successful outcomes\nAdvise on platform capabilities and when to use declarative vs. custom solutions\nMake architecture decisions based on constraints like budget, scope, time, and available resources\nCollaborate with Technical Architects, UX Designers, and Developers to deliver a cohesive solution\nDefine the technical critical path and lead teams through execution using different Agile frameworks\nRecommend solution paths that balance the competing priorities of budget, time, quality, and scope\nProvide solution design and architecture leveraging a variety of SaaS platforms and web technologies\nApply a NorthStar framework to solution design discussions and discovery workshops\nGuide clients through the onboarding and training process, ensuring they can effectively utilize the implemented solutions\nEffectively communicate project progress and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, engineering, and customer team\nIdentify opportunities outside of the scope of a project for future phase work and provide client with innovative ideas to solve their business challenges \nWorkplace: Based in LATAM working remotely. Working hours are flexible but must be available for meetings in Eastern Standard Time (EST/EDT). Some evenings hours may be required at times for coordination with offshore resources. This role supports US-based English-speaking clients so strong English communication is imperative.\nTravel: Potential for up to about 10% travel for onsite client meetings\nMust Have Skills:\n7+ years' experience designing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform using both out of the box solutions and Salesforce friendly customizations and includes either (or better yet, both!) implementation or product development\n4+ years professional services consulting experience leading strategic engagements\nHave robust examples of complex implementations spanning multiple technology stacks\nSuccessfully led collaborative discovery workshops with client stakeholders to define business needs and align on solution direction, leveraging both customer experience insights and technical strategy\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create technical documentation and client facing artifacts\nHands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools and working with development teams across multiple time zones\nComfortable presenting to C-suite and leading enterprise engagements\nExperience leading team using Agile Frameworks, writing user stories, running sprint demos, etc.\nMultiple Salesforce certifications: App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce Specialist\nRelevant Salesforce and Agile certifications\nExamples of using Salesforce innovatively to solve problems\nPreferred Skills:\nFSC, Insurance, and/or Transportation domain experience\nExperience leading $1M+ programs or large enterprise initiatives\nKnowledge of managed package development and AppExchange\nUnderstanding of key concepts for user centered design and design thinking using the Salesforce Lightning Design System\nExperience in Classic to Lightning migrations\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM)\nProject Management Professional (PMP®)\nProfessional Skills:\nStrong team and individual player\nMaintains composure during all types of situations and is
