As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex, end-to-end, NetSuite ERP projects.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nProject Leadership & Delivery\nEnd-to-End Management: Drive full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations.\n\nClient Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining a deep focus on long-term client success and satisfaction. Serve as the face of the engagement by leading client and project communication.\n\nProject/Risk Management: Manage escalations, maintain RAID logs, and develop robust risk mitigation plans. Serve as the primary escalation point for the C-suite, proactively identify systemic project risks and lead complex negotiations.\n\nQuality Assurance: Oversee delivery team activities, align all process and system configuration to project goals, and provide final sign-off on key deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.\n\nProject Governance: Lead Steering Committee meetings to maintain executive-level alignment. Set expectations, establish milestones, develop essential project management artifacts, and lead status meetings to keep stakeholders aligned.\n\nResource Management: Strategically align team resources to project tasks to ensure optimal utilization and timely delivery.\n\nFinancial Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor burn rates, and execute change orders as needed to align with evolving project scopes.\n\nStrategic Consulting\nBusiness Alignment: Build a deep understanding of the client’s long-term goals and objectives and provide recommendations and solutions that help achieve those goals. Ability to step back from the NetSuite application and see the big picture.\n\nRequirements Definition: Lead business process discovery sessions for enterprise clients, translating global business requirements into long-term technology roadmaps that extend beyond NetSuite.\n\nProcess Design: Design and present \"to-be\" processes by applying industry leading practices and leveraging relatable prior experiences to drive operational efficiencies and automation across the business.\n\nCross-Functional Insight: Provide expert guidance on how system changes impact broader business functions.\n\nClient Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining a deep focus on long-term client success and satisfaction.\n\nTeam & Strategy Development\nMentorship: Coach and mentor junior consultants to build technical proficiency and internal knowledge sharing.\n\nDelivery Strategy: Support the evolution of delivery methodologies and strategic planning to improve implementation efficiency.\n\nQualifications Required:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related field\n\n5+ years of professional consulting experience, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on NetSuite implementations.\n\nDemonstrated leadership in team and resource management.\n\nStrong understanding of business process improvement and ERP strategy.\n\nWillingness to dive into the weeds on a project, by supporting team members and/or driving system/process development.\n\nHumility to expand efforts within an engagement and take on project responsibilities/ roles as needed to successfully get the job done.\n\nAbility to drive the team to hit milestones, including addressing employee performance or issues that could arise during the engagement.\n\nInfinite curiosity with an ability to independently problem-solve and explore solutions/answers using available resources, AI tools, etc.\n\nExcellent communication and client engagement skills.\n\nUnderstanding of key Project Management principles.\n\nPreferred Experience:\nWe are looking for leaders with deep expertise in at least one of the following industry verticals:\n1. Supply Chain & Manufacturing\nFocus: Physical product flow and production lifecycle.\n\nKey Modules: Work Orders & Assemblies, WIP/Routing, Demand Planning, Advanced Inventory, and WMS.\n\nCore Competency: Expertise in standard cost and variations, supply chain automation, and shop-floor integrations.\n\n2. Services & Construction (Project-Based Businesses)\nFocus: Resource-driven organizations and professional services. Large-scale builds, sub-contractor management, and job site accounting.\n\nKey Modules: Project Management, Project Costing & Billing, Job Costing, Progress Billing and Resource Management\n\nCore Competency: Understanding complex project-to-cash workflows, billing processes, retainage, bonded projects, time/expense tracking, utilization reporting.\n\n3. Field Service Management (FSM)\nFocus: On-site service delivery, repairs, and mobile workforce optimization.\n\nKey Modules: NetSuite Field Service Management, Fixed Assets, and Inventory.\n\nCore Competency: Mobile app deployment, scheduling/dispatch logic, and real-time parts consumption tracking.\n\n4. Software & Technology\nFocus: Subscription-based models and high-growth SaaS environments.\n\nKey Modules: Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), SuiteBilling, and Contract Renewals.\n\nCore Competency: Expertise in ASC 606 compliance, recurring revenue recognition, and automated billing cycles.\n\nWork Environment & Travel\nRemote-first position for U.S. or Canada-based candidates\n\nAbility to travel for client on-site needs\n\nThis position requires periodic travel to the United States for business meetings, client consultations, and other temporary business activities. Candidates must be legally eligible to travel to the United States for these required business purposes.
