We believe in rewarding hard work and supporting your future.\nWe take care of our people-because we know they’re the heart of everything we do.\nWhat You'll Do:\nProvide support to our sister company Eighty-Eight Oil LLC.\nOversee the accounting team, managing day-to-day operations.\nEnsure that work is completed efficiently and according to established guidelines and procedures.\nCoordinate and assign tasks to team members.\nProvide training and guidance.\nMonitor employee performance and address concerns or conflicts that arise.\nAct as a bridge between higher-level management and subordinates, relaying information and ensuring objectives are met.\nPrepare and review forecasts and budgets.\nReview reports and schedule to ensure the accuracy of day-to-day transactions.\nReview and approve direct reports’ work, including vouchers, schedules, etc.\nReconcile, identify, and resolve issues within accounts.\nJournal voucher preparation of accounts directly related to area of responsibility.\nWork with operation and the accounting group to resolve problems.\nFile state and federal reports as required.\nAssist with financial statement preparation, forecasts and budgets, payroll costing, and annual close and audit preparation.\nAssist with / oversee creation of accounting documentation and SOP’s.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nRequired Education, Experience and/or Abilities\nA bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent education with five (5) or more years of accounting experience;
