We believe in rewarding hard work and supporting your future.\nWe take care of our people-because we know they’re the heart of everything we do.\nWhat You'll Do:\nSafely transport Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) between terminals and customer locations in strict compliance with all applicable DOT, FMCSA, and hazardous materials regulations.\nPerform safe, efficient loading and unloading of CNG trailers, including connecting and disconnecting trailers, hoses, and equipment, strictly following company procedures and regulatory requirements.\nConduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of tractors, trailers, and CNG equipment; promptly document and report any defects, leaks, or safety concerns.\nEnsure all required permits, placards, shipping papers, and regulatory documentation are present, accurate, and current for each trip and delivery.\nRigorously follow all company CNG safety policies, standard operating procedures, and site-specific rules at terminals and customer locations, including traffic patterns and hazard zones.\nUse appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times when handling CNG equipment, working around high-pressure lines, or entering customer facilities.\nMaintain assigned vehicles, trailers, and associated tools in a clean, inspection-ready condition and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs and preventive service.\nMonitor and accurately record operating data such as pressures, temperatures, volumes, delivery times, and inspection results in logs or electronic systems.\nMaintain strong situational awareness in industrial environments (such as oil and gas or heavy industry sites), proactively identifying and mitigating hazards before they lead to incidents.\nCommunicate clearly and professionally with dispatch, supervisors, and customer personnel regarding schedules, site conditions, delays, incidents, or any unsafe situations.\nRespond appropriately to abnormal or emergency conditions (e.g., suspected leaks, alarms, equipment malfunctions) by following established emergency response and notification procedures.\nAdhere to hours-of-service regulations and company work-rest guidelines, ensuring fitness for duty and timely completion of all required driver documentation.\nParticipate in required safety meetings, drills, and ongoing training related to CNG handling, hazardous materials transport, and emergency response to maintain current knowledge and certifications.\nWork variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, while consistently maintaining high safety standards and compliance regardless of conditions or time of day.\nSupport a strong safety culture by reporting near-misses, sharing safety observations, and actively contributing to continuous improvement in transportation and field operations.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nRequired Education, Experience and/or Abilities\nMust be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.\nThree (3) years of recent Haz Mat experience;
