We believe in rewarding hard work and supporting your future.\nWe take care of our people-because we know they’re the heart of everything we do.\nWhat You'll Do: \nPrepare, draft, and submit federal and state permit applications for pipeline and facility projects.\nDevelop environmental assessments, technical reports, and complete permitting packages.\nEnsure all permitting documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines.\nMaintain organized electronic and hard copy permit files, tracking systems, and compliance logs in accordance with company records management standards.\nServe as primary liaison with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and other regulatory agencies.\nCoordinate and facilitate agency meetings, communications, and information requests.\nLead and support NEPA and MEPA compliance activities, including EIS and EA development.\nInterpret and apply federal, state, and local environmental regulations to project execution.\nApply Montana Facility Siting Act (MFSA) requirements to routing and facility siting decisions.\nEnsure compliance with Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and other state agencies.\nMonitor environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle and maintain required documentation.\nIdentify compliance risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.\nManage multiple projects, timelines, and regulatory deliverables in a fast-paced environment.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align permitting and compliance with project goals.\nConduct fieldwork, coordinate environmental surveys, and travel to project sites as needed.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nRequired Education, Experience and/or Abilities\nA bachelor’s degree in a related field with three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in federal pipeline permitting and compliance within the oil and gas sector;
