We believe in rewarding hard work and supporting your future.\nWe take care of our people-because we know they’re the heart of everything we do.\nWhat You'll Do: \nImport daily bank activity into treasury systems.\nAssist with daily cash balancing and verification of transactions.\nInitiate routine electronic transfers, ACH payments, and wires following established procedures.\nPrepare, print, and distribute checks as needed.\nAssist with initiating stop payments and voids.\nPreparation of bank deposits, electronic cash disbursements, and preparation of checks in payment of approved expenditures.\nMaintain accurate cash management records and supporting documentation.\nCommunicate with banking partners regarding routine transaction inquiries.\nSupport posting of cash activity and journal entries in Oracle.\nAssist with monthly bank reconciliations for operating and legacy accounts.\nGenerate standard daily and monthly cash and balance reports.\nTrack and organize documentation for cash movements and funding activity.\nProvide administrative support for credit card account setup, updates, and monitoring.\nProcess and distribute monthly credit card reports to accounting.\nMeet recurring daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines for treasury processing.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nRequired Education, Experience and/or Abilities\nAssociates degree in accounting, finance, business or related field with one (1) to three (3) years of related cash management, accounting, or administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.\nWorking knowledge of office automation and computerized financial applications.\nWorking knowledge of Oracle, Kyriba and Microsoft software;
